Because we have a wide variety of wholesale products, the picking speed is relatively slow. Orders paid before 3 PM are generally shipped on the same day. For urgent orders, please communicate with customer service in advance to request early shipment. If you do not see tracking information on the same day, it means the shipment will be made the next day. We default to using Zhongtong Express (other couriers can be used upon special request). For urgent items, you can choose SF Express, but generally, the shipping fee is to be paid upon delivery. Free shipping is available for orders over 300. Our company has many products, and generally, there is stock available when listed. In the default case of minor stock shortages, we will ship directly without contacting you. We will make a note of any stock shortages; please contact customer service for a refund or transfer to Alipay upon receiving the goods. If you need to contact us about stock shortages, please write in the order remarks that you must contact us regarding stock shortages, so the warehouse will be informed during the picking process.

Buyers cannot return or exchange products based on dissatisfaction/not liking/not wanting or poor sales if the product does not have quality issues.
3. Customers must check the package upon receipt, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged. If any products are damaged due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a stamped certificate and provide this certificate to us, and we will assist the customer in making a claim; we will not bear any responsibility for damages or losses caused by logistics.
